Do you do any other animals, other than dogs & cats?
How long does delivery normally take?
On average, our necklaces are delivered within 2 weeks of you approving your preview (if you are based in the US).
For international orders, this can take up to 4 weeks!
Where are your products sent from?
All of our products have fulfilment centres in the US! If you order from outside the US, your order may be fulfilled from our Asia facility!
I haven't received my preview, what should I do?
Please check our SPAM folder! If it's been longer than 2 working days since you ordered and you still haven't received it, please email us [email protected]!
What is your refund policy?
