Production: As our items are personalized with your gorgeous pet, creating this perfect product can take between 3-7 working days once you've approved your preview!
Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $100! The only thing that stands between you and your product is 3-5 working days after it's been dispatched, if you're in the United States. Outside of the United States? Not a problem but our shipping partners do request between 2-4 weeks after dispatch for them to get you your item! If you don't get to $100, no worries, shipping costs are $3.95 within the US and $8.95 for international delivery!

I gave this blanket of our toy poodle "Sonny" to my wife as an early Christmas gift. After stumbling across their Instagram page, I decided to give a friend who's dog recently passed a blanket for them to remember their fur baby by. After getting my friends favorite picture of their dog I couldn’t decide what color to make the blanket , but that wasn’t an issue because after sending an email and reaching out to Jason, I was able to preview the blanket in different colors. The customer service provided was spectacular, my requests of asking to preview the blankets could’ve been seen as “asking too much” but Jason helped without hesitation and seemed happy to help. Overall I would definitely recommend this to others and will be purchasing more items in the future !
